  19. I'm new to all things kermit as well.
  20. The problem:
  21. I have an old specialised comp. based on mikroP MC68010  (Motorola) with
  22. VERSAdos operating system. Transfers are made on the base of Kermit or X
  23. modem protocols (TRANSFER utility version  100687). There are some troubles
  24. with transfer huge amount of files (it just stops signalising break  due to
  25. error in transmission).
  26. On the page http://www.columbia.edu/kermit/ckermit.html    are kermits  for:
  27. + cku196.linux-m68k-db2.1              Motorola 680x0, Linux Debian 2.1
  28. + cku196.linux-m68k-db2.2              Motorola 680x0 (Amiga 3000), Linux
  29. Debian 2.2
  30. + cku196.netbsd-m68k-1.4.2a            Motorola 680x0, NetBSD 1.4.2-Alpha
  31. Question: Is it suitable for me to replace old kermit in this old spec.
  32. computer to  new one, and which one from enlisted?
